Donald Ray Jackson, age 82, passed away on July 3, 2023 in Knoxville, TN. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary; daughter, Debbie McCauley; son, David Jackson (Mary); grandchildren, Mary Beth McCauley and Ashlyn Jackson; brother Jerry Jackson (Colleen) and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, John O. and Nava Jackson; sister, Priscilla Craig ( Don); brother, Johnny Jackson, son-in-law, Lee McCauley. Donald worked for East Tennessee Natural Gas Company for 34 years. He loved camping, the History channel, Ford trucks, Cracker Barrell, Nascar, and most of all, being a husband, father and Papaw. He was loved dearly and will be missed by all who knew him. Family will receive friends Friday at Weaver’s Chapel from 5-7 pm with the service to follow at 7 pm Officiating Tracy Roberts.
