Carolyn Lusby Webb

Carolyn Elizabeth Louise Lusby Webb, age 80, of Knoxville, was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 24, 2015. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and a woman of unwavering faith. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father and mother, DeWitt Atchley and Helen Rhea Lusby; husband James M. Webb; sister, Judy Rimmer; brothers, Alvin and Louis Lusby; and niece, Debby Rimmer Nelson. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Glenn Davis; daughter, Jennifer Webb; son, James D. Webb; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Rick Rogers; grandchildren: Andy Davis, Wendy Pryor, Adam Davis, and Alexandra Rogers; great-grandchildren: Drew, Brandon, and Eden Davis; Alyssa and Ava Davis; and Jaxson Pryor; brother, Daniel Joseph Lusby; several nieces, nephews, and many friends from her career at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 410 E. Magnolia Avenue, Knoxville, Tennessee 37917. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at East View Cemetery, Strawberry Plains on Friday at 12:00 Noon for graveside services, Rev. Buster Gibson officiating.
