She was preceded in death by husband, James Edward Crawford; parents, Clyde Zeno Nelson and Joyce Dorothy Grange Nelson; sister, Sherry Wood; and daughter by love, Debbie Haynes. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Robert Day; children, James D. (Becky) Crawford and Amy (Phil) Trammel; children by love and their families, Cookie (Jerry) Taylor and LeAnn Tolf; grandchildren, Emily Brown, Joshua Crawford and Hannah Crawford; siblings, Dorothy Humphrey, Mavis Kramer, Margaret Woods, Clyde (Sheryl) Nelson and James (Maggie) Nelson; several nieces, nephews and additional family.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 27th from 5-7pm (est) at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with funeral service following at 7pm (est). Rev. Frank Sellers and Rev. Joe Kennedy to officiate. Graveside service will take place at 1pm (cst) at Odd Fellows Cemetery, 940 Buffalo Valley Road, Baxter, TN 38544, meeting at the cemetery at 12:45pm (cst).
