Angela Patrice Brown

Angela is preceded in death by her father, Dr. Daniel G. Brown and infant nephew, Trevor Brown. Her maternal grandparents were John Clifton Parrish and Jewel (Judy) Galloway Parrish of Excel, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. Paternal grandparents, Ira Hamer Brown and Pauline Cox Brown of Greenwood Springs, Mississippi. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Parrish Brown; sister, Dr. Deborah Elise Brown and brother, Daniel "Danny" M. Brown; special niece, McKenzie Brown and special nephew, Eli Brown.

Angela was a kind, loving and friendly person with a beautiful smile. After graduating from Farragut High School, she enrolled in the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received her bachelor's degree. From there, she went to UT Chattanooga where she received her masters degree in criminal justice. She was then employed by the State of Tennessee as a Parole Officer from which she retired after twenty years of service. She loved the beach and the sun and lived in Florida most of her remaining years.

A Celebration of Angela's Life will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 5-7pm at Berry Highland Memorial. The family will greet friends from 5-6pm followed by a short memorial service. Pastor Ronnie Hepperly will officiate and the eulogy will be given by her mother.
