Ms. Theresa Helen Loretta Hause

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends in the Palliative Care Unit at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital in her 87th year on April 30, 2015. Born September 5, 1928 and raised at 112 John St East in Waterloo by parents Frank and Martha (nee Jagelewski) Hause. Theresa was the second born of three sisters. Mary (nee Hause) and predeceased Gerri Achtenberg and predeceased by youngest sister Patricia (nee Hause, Martin, Hopp) and Bill Doff.

Cousin to Tom and Antje (nee Nanz) Troyan, Julie (nee Troyan) and Craig Barber, aunt toTony and Cheryl (nee Marr) Hopp and predeceased Janice Hopp (nee Neirgarth), Mary Victoria (Vikki) Liegis (nee Hause) and Marty Liegis, Mike Hopp and Justin, Tim and Karen (nee Laberge) Hopp, predeceased by Lisa Hopp. great aunt to Jeremy, Michael, Bree-Anne, Courtney, Andrew, Adam, Cody, Dylan and great-great aunt to Camille, Christian, Kobe, Lilija, Mya, Dane, Noah, Lacy, Reid, Ryker, Kolten and Carter.

Long-time active member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Waterloo, Ontario

Will be fondly missed by many family and close friends and her puppies Myia and Kayla.

Theresa’s Family will receive friends at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be from the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m., cremation will follow.

Donations in lieu of flowers are requested to Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society.

Terry’s favorite question when greeting anyone was, Are you OK? We all say, Yes, we are OK! We love you more than words can express and will miss you greatly until we meet again.
