Passed away at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Monday, October 20, 2014, at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Norma Maltby (nee Cronkwright). Dear father of Kathy Boot (Don Myer), Richard Maltby (Linda), Charles Maltby (Ginette), and Gail Maltby. Loving grandfather of 9 granchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear brother of William and Thomas (Shirley) and brother-in-law of Carol Maltby, Audrey Boll, and Ruby Toes. Predeceased by his brothers Floyd and Clare and his sisters Donna and Alice.
Richard’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Thursday, October 23, 2014 from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 pm. A private family Graveside Service will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery at a later date.
