Reinhardt "Reinnie" John Muranko

Cherished partner and friend of Darlene Tryon. Dear father of Laura McKnight (Shawn) and Cheryl Muranko (Jenessa). Also remembered by Darlene's sons Ken and Tom (Shantel). Loved grandfather of Michael McKnight, Nick Tryon, Carter Tryon, and Quinn Tryon, and grand-dog Kyda. Dear brother of David Muranko (Bernadette). Predeceased by his parents Emil and Wanda Muranko, brothers Edward and Siegmund. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Reinnie worked for Bruce Edmeades Sales (later Summit Food Service) as a purchaser of paper products for his entire career. He could often be seen in a restaurant investigating the paper products determining the product codes! Sunday mornings were spent "playing" the pre-sets on the organ followed by a Bills game or Nascar race. He was always sure to smack-talk our teams the Bills played against. He was the biggest fan to his kids and grandkids' hockey, soccer, and baseball games, and travelled everywhere to cheer them on. He'll be best known for his Dad jokes and crazy-legs on the dance floor. All the Muranko's have the same moves. He said every day was a great day to be alive and took advantage of every moment. Moss never grew under his feet. He always kept busy with chores, tinkering, family and friends, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. His passing has left a huge hole in our hearts and he will forever be remembered, loved and missed.

A private funeral service will be held by the family, but will be viewable via livestream on Friday, May 28, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Michael Zenker officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
