Mrs. Juliette Aurore Blanchard Blanchard-Côté

With heavy hearts the family announces the death of Juliette Blanchard-Cote at St. Mary’s Hospital on Sunday September 5, 2010 in her 80th year. Loving mother to Raymond (Sue), Claudette (Dave), Johanne (Stan), Mario (Candace), Richard (Nancy) and Diane. Juliette was very proud of her 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren…and counting. Survived by her sister Marie-Paul and her brothers Yvon and Jean-Claude. Predeceased by her parents Michel and Eugenie Blanchard (nee Cote), her husband Emile (April 2001), her sister Madeline (January 2010), her brother Jeremie (July 2010), sister Claudette and brother Robert in infancy. Friends may call at the Ratz Bechtel Funeral Home 621 King Street West on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., rosary at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Eugene Pietrasik at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 66 Shanley Street on Thursday at 10:00 a.m., followed by cremation. The family will greet friends at the conclusion of the Mass at the Ratz-Bechtel Family Center. Private interment service will be at Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Osteoporosis Society of Canada, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Foundation will be greatly appreciated.
