Our sincerest condolences goes out to your family. It is often hard to find the right words at a time like this. May you find peace, comfort and all the love you need in the days to come. 


Peter and I offer our deepest sympathies to Sandra, Melissa and Sasha and to Jai's extended family.  We very much enjoyed our many chats with Jai on the street, often about gardening...sometimes about politics.  We could always count on him to keep a close eye on the house .  Jai was the most friendly and joyful person in our immediate neighbourhood, always smiling and engaging everyone who passed by. As evidenced by the conversations with neighbours of late, Jai touched the lives of many, and he will be missed.

Our heartfelt condolences to you and the extended family.  We send our love and prayers to you all and wish you peace and strength through this difficult time. Jai has touched many of us throughout the  years and will be greatly missed.  We truly enjoyed being a part of your  family memories and we will miss the enlightening conversations we had with him. I know our Dad, Uncle Bye-Bye will miss him dearly and the many years of memories they shared...all the guys cooking for family events, laughing together, being together. 

Jai is truly an intelligent, devout, man who wore his heart on his sleeve and would always make you see the positive in all situations.  He had a gift of making you laugh and lifted everyone's spirits.  His teachings and blessings are most evident in his beautiful girls. 

May his journey be peaceful and we love you all. Cheers to you, Jai.

Jai and I became closer when we both attended Ryerson Polytechnic, now known as Ryerson University, back in the early 80's.  We studied together and shared information on our assignments.
I will always remember Jai for assisting me in choosing my very first scientific calculator for my studies. He will be missed but not forgotten.

I remember Jai coming all the way from Kitchener/Waterloo to attend Sunday service at Peel Arya Samaj. His usual seat was on the carpet against the back wall. He was a very humble, pleasant and friendly person.

I met Jai for the first time about 10 years ago at HP Data Centre in Mississauga where we were working together solving a very difficult problem.  I was welcomed with a big warm smile from him despite the difficult situation. Over the 11 years we have been helping each other, I got to know him as a unique individual who always went above and beyond, smiling all the time and under all circumstances. He gave it all to keep it all working properly. We both had deep respect for each other. The last time I met him  was in May 2021. He was training his colleague. He was still cheerful when I joked with him. He was blessed with a great sense of humour. I pray that God bless his soul with Paradise and comfort, help and be with his family, relatives and friends.
