Peacefully at his home in Baden (Foxboro Green) on Friday, February 9th, 2018 in his 80th year. Loving husband and best friend of Linda, Jack will be sadly missed by his sons Sean (Susan) of Swarthmore, Pennsylvania; Brendan (Roberta) of Naugatuck, Connecticut and Patrick (Heather) of Arkansas City, Kansas. Jack leaves precious memories with his grandchildren Justin, Jessica, Jenny, Siobhan, and Karina. Much loved brother of Sandy Santos, he will be always remembered by his mother-in-law Jane Cole; brother-in-law Thomas Cole (Carol) all of Bethlehem, Connecticut and sister-in-law Susan Cole Stone (Alan) of Melbourne, Florida. Uncle Jack will be forever cherished by Chrissy, Erika, Jillian, Alexandra, Samantha, Thomas and Elizabeth. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Kathleen and brother-in-law, James Stone, as well as his many friends.
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 23, 1938 to John E. and Agnes C. (Nezzle) O’Donnell, Jack made Canada his home for the past 33 years, at one point employing more than 100 people at RMS Corporation. He was a world traveller, and loved the ocean, the outdoors, playing sports and good company. Jack was an avid birdwatcher who also enjoyed fishing and golf.
A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., (519)743-8900 on Saturday February 24th from 2-4 p.m. Cremation has taken place, as expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Pet Patrol (Elmira), www.petpatrol.ca are greatly appreciated.
