Passed away peacefully at People Care AR Goudie on Tuesday May 9th , 2023 at the age of 93.
Beloved wife of the late Robert McKeig and the late Harold Curzon. Dear mother of Linda (John) Simpson and the late Gary McKeig. Loved grandmother of Chrissy (Mike) Ogiel and Sandy (Roy) Melo and great grandmother of Tajay(Emilee), Brennen, Makenna and Reid. Dear sister of Herb and Walter Morton. Irene was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Kathleen Morton and her siblings Tom Morton, Milley Parks and Bob Morton.
Irene’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Thursday May 18th , 2023 from 2-4 pm.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Society.
