Passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital on Sunday Aug. 29, 2010 at the age of 90 yrs.
Beloved wife of Donald Millar. Survived by her brother Albert (Janie) Hood. Sister In-laws Louisa Moir. Bertha Landers (Bob), Alice Sauder (Harvey), Janet Millar & Anne Millar. Many Nieces & Nephews. Predeceased by her parents Mary & Albert Hood, her brother Tom L. Hood & wife Pam, her brother In-law Douglas Millar, Bob Millar & wife Elsie, Roderick Millar & Frederick Millar.
Doreen retired from Lear Siegler Indus Ltd as an Occupation Health Nurse.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street South (at Westmount Road), on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Transfer will be made to St. George’s Anglican Church 321 Fischer Hallman Road East, Kitchener on Thursday September 2, 2010 at 10 am until service time at 11am. Fr. Don Davidson officiating. Reception to follow the service in the church hall followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery.
