Survived by his loving wife Dorothy Lorene (Shantz) of 64 years, his children Mark (Joy), Margo (Malcolm), Matthew (Paula), Melanie, grandchildren Brent (Kim), Darryl (Jennifer), Brad (Michelle), Samuel, great grandchildren Ella, Cooper, William, Kate, Anna, and Abby. A longtime member of the Kitchener Gospel Temple, resided in Baden before moving to Kitchener, worked at JB Allen & Waterloo Region District School Board. Spent many wonderful summers at the cottage outside Thornbury. A game of crokinole will never be the same for family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Don’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Monday, April 2, 2018, from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will take place at Kitchener Gospel Temple, 9 Conway Dr., Kitchener, on Tuesday, April 2, 2018 at 2:30 p.m., with Rev.
