Born January 31, 1949 in Belfast, Ireland. Died June 29, 2011 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener. Predeceased by his mother Patricia Cromie (November 1981), father William Cromie (June 1977) and brother Norm Cromie (April 2006). Alan will be deeply missed by his sister Carole Payne and her husband Greg and son Adam. Alan will also be missed by his brother Brian Cromie and his wife Pam, daughter Stephanie Lobo her husband Brian their children Carter and Logan, also nephew Kyle Cromie all of Kitchener. Alan will be missed by his nephew Will Cromie and niece Trish Cromie and their mother Bonnie. Cousins Valerie, Norma, Heather and Ian in Canada, family in Northern Ireland, England and Australia as well as many friends and co-workers. Alan’s wishes were to be cremated and his ashes taken home to Belfast Northern Ireland. Special thanks to the ICU unit for the extra special care given to Alan.
