Vicki Lynn (Davis) Brennan, 66, of Kingwood, Texas passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 after an eight years long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born in Kansas City, Kansas on July 19, 1949, the daughter of Wilber and Georgia (Wilsey) Davis.
Vicki went to Rosedale Junior High and then graduated from Washington High School in 1969. She moved from Kansas City to Houston, Texas in 1979, where she began to work for S.P. Railroad. Vicki retired in 1991 after working there for eleven years.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Donald E. Brennan; daughter Tammi J. McAndrews-Clark, and her husband R.J. Clark; son, Shane Edward Brennan; four grandchildren, Tyler McAndrews, Kyle McAndrews, Myles McAndrews, and Madyson Lynn Clark; three sisters, Donna Castro, Judy Anderson, and Mary Harris; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Ronnie Davis.
There will be a visitation Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North Kingwood, Texas 77339. A rosary service will start at 7:00 pm. On Thursday, April 21, 2016 the funeral mass will start at 12:30 pm at St. Martha’s Catholic Church, 4301 Woodridge Parkway, Porter, Texas 77365. Committal service will be at Houston National Cemetery following the Mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association www.alz.org.
