Rogelia Osorio

Rogelia was born in 1931 in Isla Mujeres Quintana Roo Mexico. She married Juan M Osorio and moved to Gary, Indiana. They had five children.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved to travel, crochet, play rummikub, and fish. Her love language was to cook for her family and share a shot of vodka with close friends.

Rogelia is proceeded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, her husband Juan M Osorio, daughter Nora E Osorio, and son Jorge A Osorio.

She is survived by: son Jamie F Osorio and wife Beatriz, son Manuel G Osorio and wife Amanda, daughter Aida N Copeland and husband Gordon; grandkids: Martha Arguelles, Jean Garcia, Juan A Osorio, Robert M Osorio and wife Autumn, Crystal M Facuri and husband Nathaniel Manuel de Jesus Osorio, Martin Osorio; great grandkids: Isabella Pietsch, Magdalena Garcia, Brynlee Copeland, Kylee Hiller, Lilly Hiller, Ayanna Facuri, Jayde Facuri, Isla Osorio, Ava Osorio, Creed Osorio, Auston Osorio, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In honoring her wishes, we will take her to her final resting place on the shores of her beloved Yucatán on August 4, 2024
