Norma Lou Wagner

Norma Lou (Moore) Wagner sadly passed away on Sunday April 28, 2024 at the age of 92 in Kingwood, TX. She was a loving devoted wife and a wonderful mother and grandmother. Norma was born in Battle Creek, MI on April 15, 1932.

Norma was predeceased by her husband of 68 years Richard Wagner, her parents AJ and Rita Moore, brother Robert, sisters Dorothy, Donna, Alberta, Josephine, Martha, and Becky and her great grandson Miles. She is survived by her son Michael (Paula) Wagner, daughter Julaine Wagner, daughter Becky (Olga) Wagner, daughter Karen (Chris Sell) Wagner, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

She was a member of Strawbridge Methodist Church where she found comfort and community. Norma volunteered as greeter and receptionist at the church for many years. She also volunteered at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital. Norma had a passion for cooking and entertaining. She was a member of a gourmet club and enjoyed putting together meals for family and friends. Norma made exceptional lunches for Dick for when he went hunting and fishing and always had a special treat included. She was a leader in her sorority where she formed lasting friendships. Norma was an avid golfer, playing with Dick and friends. She enjoyed socializing and always had friends around. She will always be in our hearts.

A celebration of life and reception for Norma will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339.
