Judy Bennett Vieth

Judy was born in San Francisco, California on January 24, 1946 but spent her early years in Rapid City, South Dakota. She graduated from Rapid City High School. She attended Black Hills State College and the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and Russell Bennett. She is survived by the love of her life husband Roger Vieth, her son Jeff Heinemann and wife Angela, her daughter Julie Bergen and husband Harlan, her step-son Kent Sontheimer and wife Marrietta, her step-daughter Nikki Amberg her grandchildren Walker Bergen, Bailey Bergen, Andrew Heinemann, Matthew Heinemann., Sophia Sontheimer, Andrew Sontheimer, Samuel Sontheimer, Tyler Amberg and Jessica Amberg, her sister Joyce McIntosh and husband Dick, her brother Jerry Bennett and wife Nancy, her sister-in-law Kathryn Keasler and husband Carl Gene, her brother-in-law Bill Vieth, sister-in-law Peggy Cox and numerous nieces and nephews.

Judy’s greatest pleasures were spending time with her beloved husband, children, grandchildren and Vizslas. She also loved taking long visits to her farm in Bernie, Missouri. She was everyone’s greatest cheerleader. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

A visitation will be held at the home of Judy and Roger Vieth on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 345 Piney Point Road, Houston, Texas 77024 on Monday, May 2, 2016 at 11:00 am followed by a reception at a family home. Burial services will be held in Bernie, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, 8535 Highway 242, Conroe, Texas 77385.
