Cynthia Ann Stiles

Cynthia Ann Stiles, age 66, a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas and a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in Corpus Christi. She was born December 28, 1945 in Kingsville to Bill Luce and Billie Campbell Luce. Mrs. Stiles was employed as a public school teacher at Martin Middle School, Corpus Christi, for 24 years until her retirement. She was a member of Retama park Baptist Church, Kingsville.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John Thomas Stiles Sr. of Corpus Christi; one son, John Thomas Stiles Jr. (Laura) of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Burl Luce of Bloomington, Texas and Curtis Austin Luce of New Orleans, Louisiana; two sisters, Susie Everett of Alice, Texas and Kay Collins of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place after 12:00 noon on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Phillip Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery.
