Dixie L. Curry

Dixie was born on April 29,1938 to Archie and Dolla (Burkett) McKee in Rochester, Indiana.

Dixie was preceded in death by her husband Royce Curry, son Damon Wallace, son Dennis Wallace, Sister Judy Bliss, sister Sheila Kuhn, brother Dewayne McKee and brother Joseph McKee.

Dixie enjoyed life planting flowers, motorcycle riding, crafts, baking cakes, and summer breaks with her grandchildren.

Dixie leaves behind sons Charles Ness and wife Rita of Huntsville, Texas, Karl Ness and wife Barbara of Beeville Texas, Harry Ness and wife Hilda of Gatesville, Texas, Sister Cathy Minniear of Des Moines, Iowa and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Visitation for Dixie will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, TX 765421654. A Funeral Service will occur Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, TX 765421654. A Committal Service will occur Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 3:30 PM at Killeen Cemetery, 2408 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76543.
