She attended Fairview Elementary School and West Charlotte High School where she excelled in the sport of basketball. She loved music, dancing, roses, dressing up and white fish and chicken and dumplings from Cheddars. She was a promoter of Gospel shows in the 60's, She attended St. Paul Baptist Church in North Carolina and continued serving the Lord at True Deliverance Ministries in Killeen.
She started her nursing career in El Paso, Texas at Thomas General Hospital and retired from Metroplex Hospital in Killen as as Neonatal Nurse. She met and married the love her life, Irvin Williams and they continued this happy union for 48 years.

Services for Betty Elizabeth Williams will be held on December 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home. A Committal Service will be held on December 11, 2023 at The Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery at 9:00 AM.
