Allen was born in Tacoma, Washington. Being a proud military brat, he was a World Traveler, who loved to travel. He enjoyed his 9 years living in Germany and many other posts. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Coppers Cove, which he was very proud to be a 33 Mason.
Allen leaves behind his parents, Allen and Mary Bullock, Jr., Two brothers, Kennith and Sampson, His sister Jackie who passed in 2009. Grandmother Newis Standiford. His loving wife Kristine, along with Bella. He leaves many other relatives and friends.
He was married to Kristine Smith. There were together for 30 years. He was the proud father of Allen Bullock IV, an amazing young man who proceeded Allen in passing. He also was a grandfather to Bella and many other grandkids. He will truly be missed, but always loved.
