Thomas "Tom" Cameron Sr.

January 1, 1964 – March 24, 2023

It is with great sorrow that the Cameron family announce the passing of Tom Cameron Sr. at the age of 59. Tom was born in Red Lake, Ontario on January 1, 1964 and passed on March 24, 2023 at the Lake of the Woods Hospital in Kenora.

Tom is predeceased his parents Thomas and Mary Jane and nephews Larry Cameron and Dave McKinney. Tom is survived by his wife Tania (nee Beardy), the love of his life. They started dating in 1995 and were married on September 4, 1999. Together the built a beautiful life and home to raise their children and enjoy their grandchildren.

He will forever be cherished and remembered by his children Tom Jr. (Crystal), Douglas, Donovan, Daniel, Rachael and Joshua. Tom was blessed with 18 beautiful grandchildren: Jenelle, James, Jordan, Thomas, Chelsea, Hailey, Natasha, Noah, Briana, Taylor, Jayden, Kiera, Rylan, Ariya, Christian, Iris, Riley and Alice. Tom is also survived by siblings: Linda (Lloyd), Rick (Stella), Percy (Patty), Brenda, Leslie (Sherry) and Debbie and many loved nieces and nephews.

Funeral service and viewing will be at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre in Kenora on Tuesday, March 28 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at the Lake of the Woods Cemetery. Pastor Kevin Miller of Red Lake will officiate.

Pallbearers are his sons Matthew, Douglas, Daniel, Joshua, brother Leslie and nephew Leslie. Honorary Pallbearers are his brothers Percy, Robert and nephew Jason Mason.
