Mary Elizabeth Maness

Mary Elizabeth Maness, age 87, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Mary was born June 5, 1934 in Tampa to Martha Reeves Malcolm and Thomas Louis Malcolm. Mary was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Music was her first love, she loved to sing and play the piano. Mary was known for encouraging others, helping, caring and being strong in her faith. She will be loved and missed by all that knew her.

Mary is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Stickney, and her husband William, her grandsons Billy Stickney and wife Anne Marie, Michael Stickney and wife Brianne, granddaughter Jessica Belzer and husband Spencer, her great grandsons, Jack Stickney, Nicholas Stickney, several nieces and nephews

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Richard Curtis Maness, son Robert Maness, parents Thomas Louis and Martha Reeves Malcolm, brother T.L. Malcolm (Carol), sisters Martha Malcolm and Linda Thomas.

A graveside service for Mary will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Pine Ridge Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 31052.
