Kathleen was a member of the Baptist faith and was saved when she was 15 years old. She was also a part of the Eastern Star. Kathleen enjoyed doing crafts, dancing with her husband Earl and going to the mountains in Tennessee. Mrs. Brown loved her family and friends and her greatest accomplishment was raising her children.
Kathleen Brown has been reunited with her husband, Earl Allen Brown; sister Jackie Barnes; and parents Fred and Estelle Speight. She is survived by her five children, Kathy and her husband Johnny McGlamory, Cindy Wooten, Brenda Ray, Montie and his wife Elaine Brown, Mike Ray; brother, Howard Blalock; sister, Dot McDaniel; eleven grandchildren, John McGlamory Jr., Twila Sellers, Chet and his wife Katie Wooten, Darrell Wooten, Wayne Wooten, Dawn Wooten, Jason Brown, Jeremy Brown, Heather and her husband Jeff Moore, Josh and his wife Amanda Ray, Thommy Ray and his girlfriend Kimberly Orzechowski; twenty four great grandchildren, Marshall, Madison, Cassie, Tayla, Baylee, Chet Jr., Samantha, Cameron, Olivia , William, Micayah, Houston, Sabria, Kristen, Christopher, Jenny, Landen, Justin, Kayleigh, McKenna, Ryleigh, Harper, Emma, Colton; and one great great grandchild, Wyatt.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 4PM to 8PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A funeral service to honor Mrs. Brown will be held on Sunday, September2, 2018 at 2PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Pineridge Memorial Park.
