Julie Nicole Thompson

Julie Nicole Thompson, age 41, of Marietta, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020. She was born on February 15, 1979 in Atlanta, GA, to her loving parents Ronnie Coleman and Seong Cho Thompson. Julie graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Psychology. Professionally Julie made a mark in the restaurant profession managing many notable restaurants. She was an overachiever with many certifications in fine wine and spirits and helped consult with many large companies. She was currently serving as a sales manager for Empire Distributors. Julie loved music, dancing, and was an avid reader. Julie was a member of the National Honor Society and was a beautiful writer. Some of her favorite things to do was eat fine food and fine dining, hiking and traveling with her family. She was a member of The Cathedral of St. Philip Church. Ms. Thompson was a loving daughter, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Julie is survived by her loving and caring parents, Ronnie ‘Ron’ Coleman and Seong Cho Thompson of Marietta, GA, sister, Anna Thompson of Atlanta, GA; her loving rescue dog, Louis; and a host of special friends.

A private service for Ms. Thompson will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. A private interment will also take place at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. Matthew Gabrels, Drew Delaney, Bryan Thompson, Joshua Azebeokhai, Lee McDaniel, John Stivers and John Arise will be serving as pallbearers.
