John Michael Schneider

John was known by many names. He was a brother, a son, doting husband, a dedicated dad, a loving Papa, and was recently promoted to the role of (great) Papa to his three great grandbabies, and a very hard-worker to provide for his ever growing family. John had many hobbies, such as sports when he was younger, restoring old cars as he got a little older, deer hunting, and being outdoors. When he was not outside, you could find him cuddled on the couch with his dogs, or calling his family just to catch up. Of all the passions John had, being a family man was his greatest one.

John is survived by his wife Debra Schneider of 47 years; his daughter Pamela (Donald) Grant; his son Jayson Scheerer; his brothers Chris (Gail) Schneider and Bill Schneider; his sister Cathy Hellman (Ralph); 6 grandchildren, Brittany (Michael) Miller, Bethany (Toree) Scott, Devin Grant, Victoria Grant, Amaya Gibson and Ellie Gibson; 3 great-grandchildren, Charlie Miller, Eliza Scott and Ezra Scott.

The family will have a celebration of life Thursday April 13, 2023 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Funeral Home.
