Delores Hughes Lynch

Delores was born on March 8, 1946 to Arvil and Lucy Hughes in Andrews, North Carolina.

On November 12, 1959, Delores married David Lucius "Luke" Lynch in South Hill, Virginia. Delores and Luke went on to have four children, Lisa, Teresa, Buck, and Crystal.

Delores was a homemaker. She loved and valued her family and always put them first before herself. She enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves and her soap operas.

Delores was preceeded in death by her father Arvil Decatur Hughes, her mother Lucy Edna Anderson Hughes, her brother Dee Hughes, her brother Jack Hughes, her sister Jean Grooms, her sister Jane Hammond, and her grandson TJ Clark.

She is survived by her husband Luke, her daughter Lisa Lynch (Randall Burgess), her daughter Teresa Beavers (Joey), her son Buck Lynch (Linda), her daughter Crystal Turner, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 5pm to 8pm, and Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 1pm to 2pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Kennesaw.

Services will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 2pm, with graveside services to follow.
