Catherine Thompson

Catherine Thompson, age 86, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Friday January 24, 2020. Catherine was born February 8, 1933 to the late Moses and Emma Lou Jenkins. She was a devoted wife to her husband Earven for 25 plus years. Catherine was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed crosswords puzzles and word search. Catherine was a very giving and caring person and will missed by all that knew her.

Catherine leaves behind to cherish memory her son; Clarence Thompson and his wife Claressa, sisters; Ora Lee Thomas, Grace Ash, two grandchildren; Octavia, Kanisha, six great grandchildren; Brichae, Bianca, Ashley, Chance, Jaiden, Sencoria, two great great grandchildren; Ethan and EJ.

Catherine is preceded in death by her parents; Moses and Emma Lou Jenkins, husband; Earven Thompson, son; Earven Thompson II, two grandchildren; Tondra and Terrance.

A visitation for Catherine will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home Kennesaw, Georgia. Funeral service will be Friday, January 31, 2020 at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Pine Ridge Memorial Park,
