Jack enjoyed twenty happy years at home, until his advanced dementia necessitated the move to Cottonwoods. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers for the wonderful care that Jack received during his struggle with dementia over the past two years of his residency.
To celebrate Jack’s life, family and friends are welcome to a small gathering at our home on Sunday 24th March from 2-4pm.
