Jack is survived by his best friend and loving wife, Barb, of 45 years; his sons, Christopher (Ashley), Shayne (Chrystal); his grandchildren Colton, Landon, Easton and Tegan and his extended family and friends.
Jack spent many years in the construction industry and finished his career in Contract Sales at Rona. Jack formed many friendships over the years but it was his Rona colleagues who he considered a second family.
Jack had a passion for the outdoors - summer days were spent camping, fishing, golfing and watching his sons play a good game of ball. At home he filled his free time gardening and spending time with his family. He will always be remembered for his witt, his humour and his love for sharing his stories, experiences and stats for the Canucks and Blue Jays.
A Celebration of Life for John will be held at 9410 Seaton Road, Lake Country on Saturday, September 14, 2024 , 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please stop by for a cup of coffee and to share a story or two.
