He was born in Burlington, VT, the son of Charles and Erlene (Harvey) Currier and had resided in Nebraska prior to returning to the Swanzey area in 2003.
Mr. Currier graduated from Keene High School class of 1968. He retired as a Master Sergeant after serving in the US Air Force for 24 years.
For several years prior to becoming ill, he had been the manager at Lovett Aviation at the Keene Airport.
Survivors include: his daughter Laura Currier of North Swanzey, two brothers: Charles Currier of Keene and Bruce Currier and his wife Doreen of Richmond as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for Mr. Currier will be private. There are no public calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110, in Steve’s memory.
