She was born in Dublin, NH on May 23, 1925 the daughter of Jerry and Dora (Vayo) Gilman.
She grew up in the Dublin and Harrisville area and attended schools there. She was a long time employee of the former Wallingford Mills and later worked at the J.A. Wright Company and the Keene Giant Store.
Louise loved spending time with her family, baking, and dancing. She loved cats and will be missed by her beloved cat “Miley”.
Survivors include her son Andrew Naylor and his wife Brenda of Apopka, FL; four daughters; Pamela Brewer of Swanzey, NH, Andrea Bock of Angleton, TX, Valerie Woodward and her husband Hale of Marlborough, NH, and Emily Connor and her husband David of Armenia, NY, her adopted daughter Diane LaBrie and her partner Edward Ridley of Fitzwilliam, NH. Nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, James Dalzell.
Graveside services will be held at the Monadnock View Cemetery, 650 Park Avenue, Keene on Friday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m. There are no public visiting hours.
