Ashley Marie Champney

She was born on May 17, 1994 in Keene, the daughter of Renee (Champney) Bohannon and Richard James. She attended area schools and graduated from Monadnock Regional High School with the Class of 2015. She had been employed by People’s Linen and for Ascentria as a Personal Care Assistant.

Ashley will be remembered for being a spitfire and for her bubbly personality. She was always the life of the party. Sassy and fashionable, she seized every opportunity to snap a selfie. Larger than her personality was Ashley’s kind heart. She loved everyone, especially her family and pets she had throughout the years. Ashley enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Ashley admired Marilyn Monroe may you get your chance to Dance with Her Ashley…. Ashley has a Beautiful SOUL….

Ashley will be forever missed by her mother: Renee Bohannon and her fiancé Mike Robinson of Winchester, NH; siblings: Ryan Hardy of Winchester, NH,who Ashley simply adored..Sheila Hardy of Keene, NH, Cheyenne Hardy of Keene, NH, Melissa James of MA, Nicole Murphy of MA, Briana Bohannon of VT ,Wayne Bohannon Jr of Keene, NH, Ryan Bohannon of VT,and Nicole Bohannon of NY, ; grandfathers: Allen Champney, Sr. and his wife Fran of Marlow, NH, and Rodney Russell and his wife Karen of TN, and her Adopted grandparents Edward Blood and his wife Tonya, Her Uncle Allen Champney Jr and his wife Tina of Winchendon Ma, as well as many uncles,aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and numerous friends. Ashley has 3 cousins that she adored very much Allen Champney 3rd, Spencer Champney and Aaron Champney all of MA.. The list is many but Ashley loved her Family very much and all around Ashley was just love for everyone...

She was predeceased by her father: Richard James; and grandmothers: Linda Russell whom Ashley fondly called “Mimi”, and Helen James.

A celebration of life for Ashley will be held on Thursday August 9th, 2018 at 1:00 pm at First Bapist Church of Keene 105 Maple Ave Keene NH 03431.
