Dear Sherry,
You must know how deeply saddened we are over the loss of your sweet, handsome, Ron.  We considered him a dear friend and I dare say he was like a brother to both of us.  I know our lives will never be the same without his sweet hugs and smiles he always offered us every time we were with him.   He has left us with so many wonderful memories to reflect upon and  we Smile! Golfing and chasing the whales in Cabo, evening Rides on his boat on the 4th of July.. you, his1st mate and me tagging along as a Shipmate!   I was always in awe of his inventions esp the TV he created using a portable table for the Pool area!  Our visits were never long enough and He would always tell me upon leaving, "thanks for coming and sharing your "light''....It  brought tears to my eyes  every time ..If only he could have been aware of HIS beautiful light in this world as well..It was incredible!  But we saw it.! .He was so courageous these past years, fighting that "C" monster.. and such a Faithful servant of the Lord..helping anyone in need along his journey. We will miss him and His light and cherish such sweet memories forever . We KNOW there was APPLAUSE in Heaven upon his arrival!! And knowing Ron, I'm sure he gave Randy and Daddy a hug for me..<3   May Heavenly Fathers Tender mercies and Greatest Angels attend you all at this time and may your Anchor be strong in your Faith and hold you steady during this life's Storm... and may you see all the Godwinks that will be sent your way!  We love you and are here for anything you need!

Ron's daughters and my sons are second cousins (his spouse and my spouse were cousins).  As family, we shared several holiday meals together.  These times were very special.  Ron was always a pleasure to be with and was so kind and gracious.  He will be missed.

So happy to see all the love that surrounded him and the trips that he shared in Facebook.  He was a really great guy.

Praying for all of Ron's family for strength during this time.

Sherry, Carol and I were so very sorry to hear about Ron.   He was a good friend and neighbor and colleague on the Municipal Water District and will be missed by many.   Please know that Ron, you and the rest of Ron’s family are in our prayers.   God bless!



My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and  family. Ronnie was a true gentleman...a sweetheart. Everytime I needed a football jersey for cheerleading, I wore his proudly. Rest in peace, Ronnie...Until, we meet again.

Ron was a dear friend and colleague. He always had a very positive attitude even during his brave fight with cancer. A good life is a collection of happy memories and we had the pleasure to share many of those at work and at home (Oh! the parties, the boat trips and everything in between).
Ron, we will miss you dearly and we will remember you forever and ever.

I met Ron in 2009 and have worked with him on many drive motor projects. We also shared a passion for golf and played several rounds together. I am deeply saddened by his passing and hope he will rest in peace.    

Always enjoyed visiting with Ronnie and Sherry when they were in the RGV.   His mother and I were friends for many years. He was the kindest and most considerate person

Ron was a great friend and neighbor that we will dearly miss.  He was always eager to help with countless neighborhood projects come rain or shine over the years. He would always greet us with “Hey, what’s going on” on a phone call or visit when walking by with his beloved Butch and Sophie.  We feel blessed to have so many happy memories with he and Sherry on the lake.  He loved his boat and it was a splendid sight to behold all decorated on the July 4th boat parade.  He fought an incredible fight with cancer.   
      Ron,  we will never forget you, buddy.
