Cynthia Anne Schultz

CYNTHIA ANNE “NANNY” SCHULTZ, 78, born in Miles City, Montana on March 15, 1935, passed away Sunday December 15, 2013 in Katy, TX. Cindy was preceded in death by her son Mark Schultz, her grandson Mark Jr., and her parents Lowell and Margaret Tash. She is survived by her sister Kay Wilson, brother Bill Tash, her sons John, Matt, Luke, Michael and Jimmy Schultz, twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Cindy was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Katy, TX. She was a proud mother of six boys who set an example for others with her strong will, tenacious determination, caring soul and commitment to family. Cindy was also a wonderful grandmother, “Nanny”, and friend who was loved and will be missed by all. She never met a stranger, always being there to provide for those in need. Cindy loved her cats as much as anything else in life and they returned it in kind.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2013 between 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland, Blvd, Katy, TX 77494. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2013 at 1:30pm at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 5356 Eleventh Street, Katy, TX 77493.
