Ann Cameron Irwin

Ann passed peacefully from this life on February 8, 2024. She was surrounded and supported by loving family and friends during her last days of her life.

Ann was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Bethesda, Maryland.

After getting married in 1968 to John Irwin, they moved to North Carolina, where their daughter Heather was born. Following a short time in Connecticut, they moved to Houston, Texas, where their daughter Victoria was born. They would spend the next four decades in Houston raising their family.

Ann is survived by her daughters Heather Downs and Victoria Hillier, her four grandchildren; Kyle Downs, Caragan Irwin-Heinsohn, Cadence and Scarlett Hillier. She is also survived by her nephew, Carson Cameron and sister-in-law, Cheri Cameron.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, her brother William Cameron, and her parents Peter and Betty Cameron.

Services will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Katy Funeral Home. Visitation will from 2pm-4pm. Service will be 4pm-5pm.

Ann will be buried in Rockland, MD.
