She was born March 3, 1921, in Lexington, Missouri. She was married to William P. Clark in 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri. She received her cosmetology license and worked as a beautician at Macy’s in Downtown Kansas City. She and her husband enjoyed bowling with their friends.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, William P. Clark; father, Edward L. Neer; mother, Nadine L. Neer; siblings, Cecil, William, Eugene, Edward Neer and Dorothy White.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie West; granddaughter, April Nerich; great grandson, Dylan Obee; siblings, Jane Mead and Don Neer; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in the spring.
