Seth Wertz, 59, of Kansas City, MO passed away October 6, 2013 from Prostate cancer. Funeral service will be held 7pm, Monday, October, 14, 2013 at Hillside Christian Church, 900 NE Vivion Rd, KCMO. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Survivors include his wife, Stacy Lee-Wertz, and children, Elizabeth and Curtis Lee Wertz.
