Ronald Gaylord Roth, 76, longtime resident of Kansas City, Missouri lost his battle with lung cancer on August 11, 2011. Visitation will be held from 4:00-5:00 p.m. followed by memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 15, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Mr. Roth was born October 20, 1934 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, son of George W. and Emma M. (Morasch) Roth. He worked at Bay State Abrasive for 20 years and retired from Radiac Abrasives. He was a longstanding Mason. Mr. Roth was an avid golfer and fisherman, and loved the Lake of the Ozarks. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife Beverly Ruth (Alexander) Roth; son Ricky Roth and wife Mina of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; daughters Deborah Smith and husband Jeffery of Weldon Springs and Ronda Beal and husband Tim of Blue Springs; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
