Mr. Bueker was my principal at Center South Junior Highschool. I was one of the rebellious teenagers  he had to deal with and thankfully he helped save me from going down the wrong path Through his patience and working with my mother and me. Thankfully I saw him years later and was able to show him my gratitude When I saw that he was a member of the church that my mother attended at St. Peter’s. Coincidentally he died the same week that my mother passed away. He was a wonderful person and will be missed!

So many of us in Marshall are thinking of Dick's family this week. I will miss his emails, both political and funny. God Bless.

A true gentleman that will be greatly missed.  My thoughts and prayers will be with you all.  Bev, Greg, Jeff, Bob and Helen and the entire Bueker/Clark clan, I'm sending hugs and love to surround you in this difficult time.

My deepest condolences to the Bueker family.  You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time!  Alpha-1 is a that disease that while taking a life left me with many friends.  I hope you too will find comfort from the Midwest Alpha Group.

My thoughts and prayers are with Bev and her family.  Dick will be loved and remembered for all he gave to his  Alpha-1 family.

When I think of Dick, it's his warm smile that comes to mind.  Whether it was at a family barbecue at the lake, or when I was a student at Center, his kindness and humor always felt good to be around.  I will miss him.  Though I'm far away I want you all to know I'm thinking of him, and of you.

You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time!  I learned what a wonderful family you had when Jeff was in my fourth grade class.  Dick was a fantastic addition to the staff in Center District!

My deepest condolences to the Bueker family. I have very fond memories of Mr. Bueker mingling with students in the hallways between classes and making surprise appearances in the classrooms at Center Senior High. Wishing peace and strength to all.

Bev...Sorry for your loss, it is a loss for all of us. Dick was one of the first alphas I met. He was a wonderful leader and gave us all support as we traveled down the rough alpha road together. He was blessed with a wonderful wife and family. He will be truly missed.

When I became an AlphaNet coordinator, many years ago, one of the first calls was to Dick! He wondered why I was calling!! That was the beginning of a long friendship. Now he is in heaven with the rest of the Alpha 1 family. He will always be remembered. Rest in peace, dear friend!

Dick was a great friend and neighbor for 35 plus years.  Our families had good times, a lot of rousing card games, picnics, etc.  He will be missed.  Donna Smithmier & family.

Dick enriched the life of everyone who knew him. Working with him at both the junior high and high school were among the best years of my career. Since both Greg and Jeff were my students I had the opportunity to know him as a parent as well. I think both boys as my students sometimes wished Dick and I had fewer conversations.
Dick had the most wonderful sense of humor of anyone I have ever known. I will miss his wit and frequent e-mails to start my day.  I offer my deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers for Bev, Greg, and Jeff, as well as their extended family. May God's arms surround them and comfort them.

Bev and family, my deepest heartfelt sympathy to all.  I will always remember Dicks deep soothing voice and the times we spent together at our AlphaNet meetings.  Bev, I smile ever time I think of our airboat ride to "see the gators" while in Florida!

Condolences and Prayers to the Bueker family.  May God help you find peace in these difficult times.

Dick helped make AlphaNet in to the organization it is today.  And that was after accomplishing so many other things in his life.  Dick and Bev were always at the center of meetings and training events.  I guess Dick never lost his love of education.  Such an intelligent, great, and kind man.

Dick was a mainstay during Ron's years with Center Schools. He was a steady hand for Ron and his friendship was appreciated. My sincere condolences to his family and in particular Bed.

Bev, you and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers.  Dick will always hold a very special place in my heart.  So many great memories in the early days of AlphaNet.  Love and hugs.  Gayle Allison Tipper & Family
