She is survived by her parents, Dotty and Mark Wadsworth of De Soto, KS, and siblings, Christina Nichols of Eudora, KS, D’Ann (Brian) Stein of Tucson, AZ, Cara (Will) Braune of Olathe, KS, and Adam Wadsworth of Mission, KS, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is now resting in peace with her beloved grandmother, Elinore Self and will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Rachel was a free spirit, living life to its fullest and filling people’s lives with energy and love. Her joy and happiness will forever be missed.
Private service and interment in Faith Mausoleum provided at a later date by Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home.
