She was born in Kansas City Missouri, the daughter of Robert and Jane (Mansfield) Conrad. Pati graduated from Central High School and attending University of Missouri where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. She married the love of her life, John Thompson, on June 15, 1963. She spent her career in the Banking Industry. She loved spending time with her family and especially attending her Grandchildren's activities. She enjoyed flowers, birds and antiques.
In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her brother Robert Harrison (Pete) Conrad. She is survived by her husband of 55 years John Thompson, daughter Lindsay Lanning (John) of Kansas City, sons Tyler (Sandy) Flossmoor, IL, and Joshua (Dianne) New Market, MD, her loving grandchildren, Harrison, Harper and Griffin, Nicholas, Anna and Emily, and Zack, Molly and Cooper. Her sisters, Maggie Evans, and Elizabeth (Bob) Klein, both of Kansas City. Numerous nieces and nephews and her Church Family at St. Peters and All Saints Episcopal Church.
A Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Monday, May 20 followed by a 2:00pm Holy Eucharist & Service at St. Peters and All Saints Episcopal Church, 100 East Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64114. Burial in Mount Moriah Cemetery South.
