Nancy Beck Cross

She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Lottie Beck; and two brothers, Walter Beck Jr. and J.B. Beck. Nancy is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert; a son, Michael (Joy) Cross; a daughter, Drs. Karen (Kelly) Locke; eight grandchildren who she dearly loved, Caroline (Anthony) Buccino, Kent (Natalie) Cross, Victoria Cross, Nicholas Cross, Ethan Locke, Liam Locke, Kemper Locke, and Kira Locke; a great-grandson, Robbie Buccino and a sister, Karen Fox.

Nancy was born in Kansas City, Missouri. As a painter, she had a lifelong interest in art. She was a supporter of the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, a member of the Junior League of Kansas City and a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church.

A Visitation will take place from 2:00pm to 3:090pm followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00pm on Saturday, June 9th at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Interment will follow at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
