Lawrence was born to Peter C. and Alice Gaede Voth July 14, 1929. He was active member of Christ United Methodist Church of Independence. He graduated from Little River High School in 1947. He married Mary Lou Crackenberger October 29, 1950, moved to Kansas City in 1951 and worked for the Bendix Corp as a machinist for 40 years. He retired in 1991.
To the union was born three sons. Larry, David and Steve all of Independence.
He was preceded in death by his Wife Mary Lou of 45 years. Parents and brother, Dwight Voth.
He is survived by his sons, Larry (Colene), David Voth and Steve Voth and two sisters, Inez McDonald and Virginia Voth of McPherson, KS. And many grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
