We know this is a extremely difficult day for all of Lee’s family.
I remember Lee was taking Gladys somewhere and when she got in the car there was a towel in her seat, another where she put her feet, another on the arm rest and one on the dashboard.
Although she didn’t say anything to Lee about the towels, she wasn’t happy he thought she would “dirty up” his car.  
But we all know Lee was definitely a “neat”
“ keep it clean guy.”

Wow! I just learned today (Dec. 16, 2023) that I lost a good letter carrier friend of the Grandview, MO post office. My sympathy goes out to the wife and family of Lee. I first met him when I started at that post office March 3, 1986 (at age 42). And I got to sub on his route a lot until I was able to get my own route. He would take off a lot of days just so I could get work in until I became a regular. He was always very kind and compassionate and easy to be a friend with. I sure liked his old Ford Pickup that he had. May you all have very many fond memories of Lee throughout your lifetimes.

prayer for your family  i new junior many year ago when i dated john mullinix we ll become best friend last summer don had taken jr out for a ride sandy, dons wife was at my house and he need to see her before taking junior home what a surprise when i looked up and seen my old friend the mullinix family was a special family to me junior and i had a great visit 60yr later. god bless you and you family.

We have known Lee for over 65 years.   We have been through family good times, funny times, and not so good times, but no matter what the circumstances you could always know Lee was there for you!
