Donna Boxx

Donna Boxx, 86 of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away August 11, 2022 at Maggie’s Place at Colonial Village in Overland Park, KS. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Boxx, her parents, 15 siblings and three grandchildren, Bradley, Bethany and Katie Boxx.

She is survived by Rick (Kathy) Boxx, Terry (Elaine) Boxx, Nancy Boxx, David (Janet) Boxx, and Sandra (Tim) Tompkins; sister-n-law, Karen Ricketts; along with 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Donna L. Boxx (Eichler) was born June 19, 1936 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the youngest and last surviving of 16 children born to Lawrence and Nettie (McBee) Eichler. Donna was united in marriage to Richard (Sunny) Boxx December 26, 1955 and enjoyed 66 years of marriage.

Donna loved the Lord, her family and her church. She had a meek spirit with a prayerful servants heart. She faithfully worked for the Internal Revenue Service for over 30 years.

Services will be held at Word of Grace Fellowship 11950 E. State Route 350 Raytown, MO 64138 on Thursday, August 18, 2022, visitation at 1:00 PM and Service at 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions are suggested to Word of Grace Fellowship or Alzheimer’s Association.
