Cynthia A Kiec

Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Kiec, 42, of Kansas City, Missouri, peacefully and unexpectedly passed in her sleep on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Visitation is 6-8:00PM Thursday, September 18, 2014 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W Linwood Blvd, KCMO. Rosary will be prayed at 6:30PM. Mass will be held 2:00PM, Friday, September 19, at Redemptorist Catholic Church, Broadway at Linwood Blvd, KCMO. Cindy was born April 5, 1972 in KCMO. Cindy graduated from Westport High School in 1990, later attending Avila University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist in 1999. She was kindhearted with a spirited personality. Cindy loved spending quality time with family, her best friend Gracie Garcia-Bennett, her beloved dogs Kobe, Lucy and Delaney; as well as her many other friends and acquaintances. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Hortensia “Peggy” Kiec and her aunt Frances Ivarra, both in September of 2010. Survived by her soulmate, Julie Gerber of Independence; mother Mary Jane Kiec, father Barry Sediqzad and family, sister Marilyn Sanchez, brother Richard Kiec, all of Kansas City; the Gerber family and many other friends and family.
