Carol Skaggs Windsor passed away on September 8, 2015. She was born in Kansas City, MO and was a lifetime resident of this area. She graduated Cum Laude from Missouri Valley College. Carol taught school for 36 years, retiring from Border Star School in 1990 after teaching there for 25 years.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Eddie Windsor. She is survived by her son Ted, sister and brother-in-law Judith and Charles Belt, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Kay and David Windsor, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:00-4:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Carol may do so with a contribution of their time, talent or treasure to help make the world a better place.
