Anthony was born July 13, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the son of Florence (Zeff) Warshawsky. He graduated in June of 1974 from Ishpeming High School in Michigan. He attended Northern Michigan University. Tony and Kathy were high school sweethearts and were married in June 18, 1976. Tony pursued his career at Ishpeming Steel and later came to Kansas City and joined his brothers in managing American Compressed Steel. After a short retirement from the scrap recycling business he and Kathy moved into the Solar and Electrical Business. Their company is MC Power Companies.
Tony had a big love for the game of baseball, which he carried over to his grandson, Phillip. His other passion was racing with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Racing Team. He supported his daughter, Nicole in her love of golfing.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Ross, mother, Florence Warshawsky, and step-brother, Arnold "Arnie" Warshawsky. Tony is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Kathy Ross, daughter, Nicole Ross Barton and husband, Brian, grandson, Phillip Barton, brothers, Jeff and Gail Ross, and their children, Allan and Mary Lou Ross, and their children, sister in law, Nancy Dodge and husband, Tom King, and their children, brother-in-law, Robert Dodge and his children, and father and mother-in-law, Clyde and Dorothy Dodge.
